I've seen several folks install the power antena.
Basically you remove the rear brake lamp to gain access to remove/replace the antena. You will also need the bracket that holds the power antena.
I'm not sure if it comes with it or not.
IM GMan, he's done this mod to his FRC.

Just finished putting one in mine. If I can do it, anyone can.
Get the power antenna, bracket, and two screws to mount the antenna to the bracket. You will need 3 wires about 12 feet long each to reach the fuse panel.
There is a write-up in the tech section.
Allow yourself more than 1 hour.
