The tensioner is the small pulley in the upper left corner of your picture. You should be able to rotate that, then slip the belt off the idler pulley or the water pump. The manuals usually say to remove the belt from the alternator pulley, but it is usually easier to slip the belt off of a pulley that does not have a lip on it.
That pulley on the diagram is hidden underneath and behind the procharger....
I need to find the tensioner bolt (im guessing its on the procharger)
I tried that adjustment bolt (numbered 1 and 2) on the back of the bracket because i thought that was it, and apparently it's not (what the hell is it for). Would it be the one with the (?) beside it?
any help would be great for my sanity about now
