Check Engine Light
Recently, I let my battery run down on my 03. Tried to start it and only got clicking. I recharged the battery with no problem. But when I started the car and took it out to drive, the check engine light was on. The car was running fine, and all else was normal. After about 5 minutes, I got to my destination. When I came back out to return, I started the car and the light was out...and has stayed out. Any ideas? Does the battery being nearly drained have any affect. How do I check to see if it dropped a code. Thanks in advance!

Ok...thanks...there was a bunch of codes show up. I am assuming because of the low voltage. How do I clear, or can I clear, all of the codes to check and see if there are any real problems?
