3200 torque converter
I have a h&c auto c5 with all boltons. I have the 3.15 gear ratio now. i am purchasing a yank 3200ss converter, my question is would i need to do the gears as well? my car is street use and i do not want to affect driveability much, so would this combo be good or should i go to the 3.42?

Had I had a 3.15 I would not have gone to a 3.42, althaugh I would have gone to a 2800 or 3200 TC . I now have a 3.42 & a 3200 Yank and i'm very pleased whit the combo, but you spin and spin and....It drive almost like stock you need a bit moore idle. The new TC's are not like the old ones ardly no slip. Remember that you will have to tune your new TC , many say you dont but you do... I did ...it needed to be tuned works great, remember that it,s the TC that realy gets you of the line. Have funnnnnn.
