Wondering if anyone has any idea of what the problem is with my climate control.
When the air is on it blows cold on passenger side and hot on the drivers side. When I turn the heat on it blows hot on passenger side and cold on the drivers side.

There is a relearn for the flap positions and heard of this exact problem many times. I no longer have my C-5 and manuals as I gave it away last May to my son. Use the search and you will find lots of people who had this problem. First thing that comes to mind is a vacuum leak. The flaps are fed from a small plastic tube on the rear of the intake manifold all the way through. Dripping acid from a leaking battery will defeat this tube where it runs through the firewall as well as trashing your PCM. I believe it goes to a distribution type device that the HVAC controls under the dash just to the right of the radio. Anyway, look for vacuum leaks and I would imagine you could hear it leaking in there. Sorry about not knowing the relearn but this will be a TTT for you regardless.
