I think maybe I've bent something
While doing some playing around I did a high RPM hard shift to 3rd and missed miserably, ending up somewhere over in the vicinity of 5th gear. I pushed the clutch in and again tried to catch 3rd but it seemed to be hung in neutral. I didn't want to force it into gear so after I got the car slowed down an bit I could get into 2nd with no problem. Drove home after that with no obserable problems.
The next day I'm out again and occasionally it was impossible to engage 5th gear downshifting from 6th , or from 4th gear shifting into 5th.
There's no unusual noise or vibration present. Have I bent something in the transmission, the shifter (stock, BTW) or the shifter rods going back to the transmission?
