Ls1 valve size question
I just picked-up an LS2 243 heads for my LS1 and correct me if I am wrong. LS1 and LS2 have the same size valves 2.0/1.55 right? So all I need to do is swap my double valve springs and TI retainer from my 853 heads and I'm good to go. What other parts do I need for the swap? LS2 head gasket and what esle? Thanks ....ED

and would you not want NEW valves and springs anyway?
double springs? you running a cam with 650 lift ? otherwise there is no need for double springs. and may even hurt hp with that much spring.

LS2,LS1, LS6 are 2.00 intake and 1.55 exhasut
Only difference in the valves are on the 243 LS6 have sodium filled exhaust valves, and hollow intake stem
