Default Tire Sensor Question

I had a slow leak around the tire sensor o-ring on the left front. I recently had new tires put on and stupid me forgot to get a new o-ring. The wheel that was on the LF is now on the RF, but I got a low tire message saying the LF is low. My question is does the car still read the sensor that is now on the RF as being programmed as the LF front sensor? Do I need to re-program the system to get the correct readout for the new wheel position?

I'm almost positive that in your case you are going to have to reprogram the sensors. Since you put the LF on the RF and didn't re prrogram the sensors I'll bet you if you check, the RF is the one losing air. Here's a link on how to reprogram them in case you don't know.
