With the same mods they would be pretty much the same car.

Imports are all over this place and they go down HARD against our heavy mods. I love it when they have their best friend in the passenger seat saying "you should have gotten a Vette."

My car is an automatic with 473 RWHP and a 4000 stall with 3.73's (ALL MOTOR). On a straight-away i'm awefully hard to touch. Like everyone is saying though....my car really isn't a road course machine.

I'm only putting down 685/715 so it might be a close race!

Also, I have an infinity stall clutch.... And coilovers, too so it handles better than LG Motorsports own race car..... lol.

Looks like my idea for a modified car is a lot different than everybody here. It appears most are switching engines, etc.

Can't go wrong with more cubes and forced induction.

I have 0 problems losing to a fellow Vette owner!!!

To be honest it may be a close race (few car lengths or so). I'm positive my car could pop a small wheelie if I disconnected the front sway bar and ran slicks and skinnies.

01 Z's only had an advertised 385 stock...02 and up would probably be neck and neck.

Nice kill. What was your ET? I have seen numerous C5Zs run mid to high 13s because the drivers had little to no experience at the track (this of course goes for any car). With Nitto 555R drag radials and a Vararam I ran an 11.90 in my Z. With my current set-up I am in the 10 second club.
