Not an expert, but both codes pertain to the traction control system... and both are "History" so not current. I'd suggest you clear them out and see if they come back.
btw.. I think you're pulling up a list of any and all obdii codes. PM me if you don't have corvette specific codes. I don't want to post the link up in here. I think it's against the rules.

If you type those codes (use keywords "codes p1571 p1644") in your internet browser search window, you'll come up with plenty of hits.
