Could be a relay. Can you hear the relay clicking while working the buttons?
Is it the same result using the fobs, and also the driver and passenger door switches?
Any DIC codes? Forum needs more info for someone to help you.

Sounds like computer in door is no longer "communicating" with rest of car. Mine did this and cost about $350 at dealer. There are other fixes to try, do a search and you will find lots of info. Just giving you an idea of dealer cost to fix mine.

You can go for the "percussion technique". Bang the door by the module and it may unstick the relay.
Go for the cheap fix which is to take it all apart and replace the relay
Or the full fix which is to replace the door module in toto
