Default Heater Problem?

I just had a stereo system installed with 2 amps, deck, and a sub. They did a great job on that, but I lost my heat.

I will hit auto and turn it up to 90 degrees and the fan turns on to level 1 even after the car is at running temp. Then I manually turn the fan up all the way and it feels like it's blowing at 1/2 fan speed and the air is still (i'm guessing) outside temp. Which is too cold for comfortable. :P

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I am taking it back to the car stereo place to see what they can do. I am asking just in case they seem clueless. Or if it's a quick easy fix that I can do, I will.

Default Update:

Update:
Took it to them, they said it was because the inside air temp sensor was hanging. I call horsepoop. I drove 240 miles down to phoenix and back, and didn't have a problem with it hanging.

But I took it apart and looks like all the wires are connected and good. I get the outside air temp on the little screen and I can hear the vent movement when I change where I want the air to blow. I can turn the fan up and down but I only get cold air (set at 90 degrees). No heat. When I put it on auto 90 degrees it just doesn't blow any air. Please help this noob. It's got to be something simple.

Side note. It doesn't look like they spliced any wires they weren't suppose to. At least related to the hvac.

If you guys need any more info/pics just let me know. I will post asap or pm. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
