I recently posted that my Harmonic Balancer was wobbling a little. Took it to the shop and it is out. Bad part I'm told is they are back ordered bad. I am told if ordered ship date would be @ March 15. Thats over 2 weeks. If the dealership is large enough they will get them faster. The said no problem to drive it for awhile. (Parkway Chev. Houston, Tx) Watch them as corvettes are known for problems with HB.

You didn't specify if this concerned a C5/Z06 car. Your profile doesn't indicate what you have.
The thread title would indicate this is in reference to a C6 car though.

The dealership said basicallu all corvettes could have this problem. C5 had a lot of problems. Look on the web for information explaining the problem. He said there was a write up posted. Start the car and look at the fan blade to check it.

you mean crank pulley (C5s don't have "fan blades" on the engine w/p pulley like older engines did )
