Hey,
To date we have only seen one system make power on the Z06's. The Bassani Z06 system which uses an x-pipe and a centrally located muffler and no mufflers in the very back made 16.8 rwhp on our dyno. They claim that it will make 22 at the wheels and we didn't see that much. The system has lazy "D" tips on the end and is 100% stainless. Sound is very good and no where near loud. Just a nice deep tone.
Maybe this will help with your decision.
The way that they are keeping the weight close to the stock titanium system is since there is only one centrally located muffler instead of the two titaniums it cuts the weight down to the same amount as the stock system. All in all, it is a very well designed system and bolts on easily. They also have a filler section that replaces the cats and goes all the way to the manifolds.
