Where this wire showed has to be coifed on photo?

Thats a VACUUM line (not a wire) and it goes to the Air Injection Reaction pump. Theres a vacuum operated air outlet valve that that line goes to.

This link is not working. The second link in the original post the red arrow is pointing to a check valve.
