e-brake woes

hey guys, i believe I was a dumbazz the other night and drove a half-mile or so with the ebrake up (not all the way) and now when I pull up the e-brake the red indicator in the dash does not come on (although it does light up when i start the car).

What did I do?

Probably a switch problem. That's probably why you drove with it up.
