Was driving home last weekend from an overnight trip. Ran into a store to grab something and when I came out the car was completely dead. No power anywhere.
Tried to jump it, after a couple of seconds it started right up. On the short drive home, I checked the DIC and there were ton of codes. Stupidly, I just started resetting them without paying attention to what they were. When I reset codes under the TCS section, the power started flashing on and off. Never affected the driving. I heard a clicking from the passenger fuse box. After a couple of seconds, it stopped, had steady power.
Just tried to start up today and it's completely dead again. Jumping didn't do anything.
I looked at all the fuses in both boxes and they are all fine. Checked most of the grounding points, they are fine.
Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?
Battery or battery connections is the primary thing to look at and while you're at it, the battery to starter connection is known to come lose and will cause lots of similar problems.
