Yes I am interested. The only problem I have is it still hasn't been proven on the Z06. I am also a bit nervous about the damper thing I keep hearing about.

I would triple check that price because it is way below cost.

Yah it sure is interesting how a GP could be run at a price that is below even a distributor's cost.

But hey, all the power to ya if you can make it happen. Maybe a few vendors will want to stock up on them as well for this price
:D

Matt, that's all their worth. If ATI put the prices up $700 bucks, I see sales falling off. If you are only making a few hundred bucks on an item like that, remind me not to go in to your business. I have $4500 for one this week.

Im not having a pop at anyone, but the economy stinks, people are getting laid off everywhere.....You can only sell stuff for what people are prepared to pay. Dont forget, the plumbing that comes with this kit is very basic, I would not have it on my car, so that's more money for decent fittings etc. Thanks for your interest, if you can get very very close to that price, drop me a line

Well Peach, like I said above, if you have a vendor willing to do a GP at that price, count me in. I have the money in my desk drawer ready to go.

Details to: clarkemtp at cableone.net

Thanks,
BadAttitude

So the $4500 price sounds accuarte. Good Job Peach. Why do so many vendors get so upset when they can't match a price? Its not like the better price for that product is putting them out of business.

"Why do so many vendors get so upset when they can't match a price? Its not like the better price for that product is putting them out of business."

I hear what you are saying, however if they don't make enough markup on the products they sell, the vendor will go out of business and we loose all the advice and help a good vendor can provide. When one vendor cuts a price down to practically no mark up to make a sale and posts it on a forum, it is hurting us all in the long run.

and/or the manufacturer gets bit in the behind with slow sales and finally gives the Vette owner a break on the usual gouge... Voting with your wallets is always the best way to get anyone's attention.
