... well, Optima is a JCI product, right? Just saying they really need to improve the design and/or quality of the Optima as it just seems to have WAY more problems than any other battery out there. That should say something. I have a feeling they sent a special container for mine to ship back to WI for engineering analysis so they might learn something for future reference and lesson learned.I bought an Optima Red Top SPECIFICALLY so I wouldn't have to worry about a leaky battery ... then guess what, my Red Top leaked.
Yeah, it's a "personal bitch".
