Please help, Steering wheel squeak.
Hello everyone,
Could someone please help me on the fix for this squeak coming from the steering wheel inside the car. It is very annoying. I saw the tech tip on this fix but it did not explain exactly where and how to get to the opening to spray the grease. Could someone please explain it clearly.

The noise comes from the lower nylon column bushing...This bushing is inside the big rubber grommet in the firewall (visible from under the hood)...The best way to lube it is to remove it,but you can spray some white lithium grease into the grommet from under the hood with success...It is a PITA but can be done ;) It beats crawling under the dash :D
