Default Which Header gaskets?

As some may have seen, I purchased a set of TPIS headers for my 02Z and wanted to double check on which header/manifold gasket I should use. A part number and brand would be helpful also.

I have the TPIS headers on my car, and I just re-used the original, stock LS1 exhaust manifold gaskets. They still seal great, and I never have to retighten the header bolts. There is no reason to change from GM's LS1 gasket design.

Wasnt there a set that the 98 (?) Z28 used that would work for our cars when installing headers? I would rather install a new set, than use the old ones.

What you are looking for is:
GM part# 12617944 round port gaskets

I picked up a set yesterday at the dealer for my LG header install.

They were about $30.00 for the pair.

This is the correct number of what you want. I sell them as well.

I recommend Percy's re-useable soft aluminum multi-layer gaskets. You can get them at Jeg's or Summit.
