From '02 Service manual, If you need pictures, let me know.

Trim Panel Replacement - Door
Removal Procedure

Important
To reduce the chance of damage to the trim panel leave the switch in the panel until after the panel is removed from the door.

Lower the door window.
Remove the inside handle bezel. Refer to Handle Bezel Replacement - Inside .

Remove the pull handle plug.

Remove the screws behind the pull handle plug.

Notice
Insert the fastener removal tool between the male fastener, which is attached to the trim panel, and the female retainer, which is in the door. Incorrectly inserting the tool between the head of the female retainer and the door will break the fasteners.

For better sight access to the fasteners start by first prying out the fastener at the rear of the trim panel that is approximately 50 mm (2 in) up from the trim panel seam. Pry out the remaining trim panel fasteners working your way forward.
Lift the trim panel up off the upper retainers and reposition the panel by the door.

Remove the harness connector from the switch.
Remove the trim panel with absorber, switch, and speaker grill.
Remove any trim panel upper retainers that remained on the door.
Transfer parts as necessary.

Anyone with any other tips for him?

Here is one: To get the door reflector off carefully pry out the BOTTOM of the reflector. The bottom will come out and let the prongs at the top come out and down. Do it another way and risk breaking the top prongs. Insert with opposite action putting the top tabs in and pushing in the bottom (Obvious once you have it out.) All easy tasks.

There. I hope I saved a few prongs from being broken off.

I recently just pulled mine off. I believe the car's door panel had never been off because it was VERY hard to pull off.

My suggestion is, jerk it A LOT. Do not keep pulling. I didn't snap anything but I think you could. I like using hands better than tools. Good luck.
