Replacing Water Pump With LS3 Pump
I am installing a new A/C Compressor and will change the water pump
while am at it. Can't find a GM part number that will interchange a
1998 LS1 with a new LS3 pump including the thermostat housing and
thermostat. Any help would be appreciated. I am assuming the dive
belts are the same. THANKS

I just put the pump kit, 89018053, on my 99. Includes pump, gaskets, thermostat w housing. I do'nt know if it is a LS-3, but it is the standard replacement for all C-5's.
