Howdy all. The coolant reservoir (passenger side in front on battery) seems to have a small leak. I notice a tiny bit of bubbling water leaking from about an inch stretch of seam after driving. The reservoir almost looks like it is two pieces bolted together. Is is possible to unbolt, change a seal or lay down some silicon or something, rebolt and be good to go? Or replace the whole reservoir for 100-200 bucks?

I did cut the hose end off first, then found the small crack in the reservoir. Replacing that tomorrow... I cannot see how a 'fix' of the plastic could hold up.
If it leaks on the seam . Be carfull a heat gun can work. After taking it out. Save some money. Hard to tell. Need the find the leak in the tank. Philly joe
For $60, you're going to take a chance on a repaired tank? Secondly, the C-5 tanks have "baffles" in the bottom for some reason. In my case, it seems that they're there to collect "crud", and keep it from circulating through the cooling system.
After 10 years, my tank had collected quite a bit of crud, that solidified and wouldn't come out. For $60, I simply replaced the tank. And while I was at it, I replaced all the hoses too....
I "repaired" my leaking reservoir about 5 times over a couple months, tried different epoxies, clamps, and a couple "maybe if I angle it this way" . I eventually gave up and bought one
