Looking to borrow a catch can or two.....
.....for some meticulous testing of filter effectiveness and pressure drop.
I hope to gather together as many types of filters as I can afford to have tested and this is something from which we can all benefit. While the media part of the testing will not happen for a few weeks, the pressure drop part may be started within two weeks. Because of the cost of the testing, I am trying to avoid buying more "cans", so if any of you have one that isn't home-made, lying around and can lend it to me for a while, please let me know. You will learn of the results before anyone else. I will have quite a few variations of my own, but it would be great to have more for comparison purposes.
I may also do a "rate of saturation/pressure drop increase" afterward, so I cn't really give an exact time-of-return but I can guarantee you that all units will be returned.
