There are only a couple of easy tests in car, ohm test on the coil (seem to recall most GM injectors are in the 10-14 ohm range) and fuel pressure test to see if they close on shutdown of car (fuel rail should hold pressure for some time after turning off the car). You can also use a mechanics stehescope to listen to each injector.
You can get an injector pulser off of fleabay that allows you to single or triple pulse a single injector. re you sure it's an injector making the noise?
