tire presure sensors

Does anyone know what will happen if I replace my stock wheels on my 98 coupe with a set of 19s and 20s, and not use the tire presure sensors.

I have recently upgraded to 19/18 on my 98 vert and I receive no codes. when I cycle through the computer it just shows blanks for the tire pressure.

You can just hit the RESET button, but it will become a pain in the butt.

Just spring for some new sensors and be done with it.

I must just be lucky or eventually the computer is going to catch up to me..... I have never had codes appear after I took out the sensors. Good luck...

I'm with you on it! My winter wheels do not have sensors in them and it is a rarity that I ever get a warning. Not one this past winter. When it does happen, it is for a day or two then goes away.
