Hey guys I picked up my 02 coupe on Friday of last week (awesome car btw ). I just noticed that the drivers side power door lock will unlock via the key fob or the button on the door but will not lock. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I found a power door lock actuator and motor for the C5 for pretty cheap on a certain auction website but want to investigate more. I'd appreciate any feedback, Thanks in advance!
Guys, please don't be offended, but learn to use the search function. This is a common problem and has been addressed many times. I even wrote up a "How to fix it" on this very subject. Here is the link. Good luck! http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...w-problem.html

No offense. I'll make note of that and thanks again for the info
I used this fix on my passenger door that would not unlock. Worked great and was CHEAP!! I spent about 12 bucks with shipping for 4 relays (wanted spares). This forum is great!

I bought 4 relays, did the fix, and it still doesn't work. So I assume the switch is bad but I had that apart and cleaned the membrane and the strips on the board and it didn't work either. If I jam the lock button a few times hard it will sometimes lock. I just use the fob and live with it.
