Replacing Water Pump
I have a 2000 C5 MN6 and am looking to replace the water pump. Can't seem to find a DIY thread on doing the job. How hard a job is it and what are, if any, pitfalls to watch out for? Any help, suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Try to find the install instructions for the electric water pump and that will tell you how to pull it off.
It's not hard to do if you're mechanically inclined. Just 6 bolts, a couple of hoses. Only PITA part is you have to be all leaned over the car's fenders to get at it. And also the old gaskets took forever to clean!
