Ignition Key Removal Problem
I've seen posts talking about problems inserting and starting 1998-2000 models, including a recall notice on Ken's newsletter
Has anyone besides me had the opposite problem or know of a factory bulletin on the subject?
I just had a struggle to get the key out. That is, when shutting off the engine, the key wants to stay in the "Acc" mode, and it takes lots of jiggling, pulling and bad words to get it out and the ignition to the off position.

There is a small mechanical cable connected to the key switch and the shifter lockout; if the shifter isn't in Park the key cannot be removed. If you take off the consol the cable can be seen at 12:00.
