Has anyone RE-loaded their Powerloader?????
Just wondering if anyone has, not after a GM reflash or anything, just has anyone done it again, just to make sure it took?
Or possibly after clearing fuel trims by disconnecting the negative cable for a few mins, would reloading be advisable??

Disconnecting the battery would not clear the Powerloader off of your PCM so you do not have to worry about that. Like you said, the fuel trims and idle settings are reset and must be relearned after unhooking the battery.
You can reload the Powerloader program if you desire but nothing will happen if you have been loaded once, and never been reflashed back to stock by the dealer.
