Need some help with tires and wheels ?
1st: one of my 2000 C5 Y2K’s front rims is bent, thinks of replacing all rims with C6 rims. Found a deal, all four for $300 with three good to fair tires, 2 of them are 19” and one is a 18”. All tires and rims are standard on both cars.
2nd: can I use C5 275/45/18 tires on C6 rims for the front, standard C6 tires and rims on the back.
Which way would you go, tight on money right now.

I put stock C6 wheels and tires on my C5 convertible. Two days later I put the rear C5 wheels on the front, with the C6 rears still on the rear. Went for a 10mi drive, with no DIC messages. Don't know what might have come up had I kept them on long tearm. If you do it, please post your results.
