Starter problem
Since I've taken my car out of storage I've been experiencing problems with the starter. It intermittenlly doesn't turn the engine over but rather I hear a howling type of noise . Eventually it engages the motor. Any help would be appreciated

To start,I would check the battery cable connections at the battery and at the starter. You say you had it in storage.... any chance of rodents? They love wire and cable insulation for some reason.
