Default C5 Hurst shifter

Installed Hurst shifter with an RPM MN6 trans on my 02 Corvette. It shifts properly, but when I drive 60 mph on the highway and let off the gas, it will pop out of 6th gear. If I don't let off the gas, it stays in gear. This is the only gear that gives me a problem. Is there any adjustment that can be made to avoid the gear popping out. I've checked out all the web pages for installation, but they never mention anything about linkage adjustment. There is nothing wrong with the gears. Does anyone have a suggestion. I've downloaded the installation instructions from the web and taken them with the Vet to a Chevrolet dealer and also a mechanic at a gas station. Each time they made adjustments, but neither one of them fixed the problem. Does anyone know how I can correct the problem?

Did you try backing the stops out all the way to make sure the shifter is not keeping it from going all the way into gear?
