Default Car is not working, P0152 problem. Help?

Hey whats up guys.

Ill tell ya what occured in a net shell. Took off cat-back to remove rear facial to get painted, rained realy hard, drove through rain, started to miss-fire on the next start up, started to get P0152 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1 , car ran bad, put cat-back on and car runs good but sometimes still acts up while throwing code then drives correct again?

Any ideas, and does anyone know what o2 sensor of the four its talking about?

Thanks,
Roger

Passenger side

Assuming sensor 1 is the inner sensor as I believe the outers only job is to tell you if the cat is working (hence won't cause the bad running condition you have).

Chances are one of the rear O2 heater circuits is fried.

I believe the Heated O2 sensors are the rear ones. They are farther from the hot parts of the exhaust andd are electrically heated to get up to temp quuicker.

They're all heated to get the car in closed loop as soon as possible and help maintain the optimum temperature for proper 02 measurements. Bank x, sensor 1 is the front sensors and sensor 2 is the rear 02's. He threw a sensor 1 code, hence my confusion.

To the OP, check your 02 wires and connectors on the front passenger side to make sure the insulation and plug hasn't been compromised.
