Check the electrical connector under the seat. Does it sound like the pump is working but not inflating? If not sound check to see it it is disconnected. Should be able to reach under and see.
If the fuses are all good and the pump motor is running, it may not be an electrical issue. It may be a leak in the pipework or even the bladder itself. The plastic connectors often break
Unzip the seatback and take a look at the hoses and connectors. You can do it without taking the seat out. It should be obvious if thats the problem.
This Vette Essentials How To has pics of the inflatable bags and you can see the pipework.
Just out of curiosity... are these connectors something that can be replaced with parts store fittings or are they a dealer item? My bolsters work, but they deflate while driving.. not instantly, but enough to be annoying.

Check with Gene Culley or Bob at Fichtner Chevrolet. They are OEM parts and they should be available. At worst its a new bladder.
They are small elbow connectors and sit between the bladders and the air tubes
I've not had to replace them but I had a good look when I stripped the seats down to fit my seat heaters.
Someone on here used blood pressure cuffs instead of buying new parts from the dealer. I think it was cheaper and worked just as well. FYI I don't think you have to pull the seat. Just unzip the middle peice and there are some pins (through flimsy plastic ears - careful) and velcro that hold it in. Once you remove the middle back, you can access the lumbar bladders.
Also, to OP, I've had my lumbar switch quit working then start again. Could be the switch or it could be a SCM code that sets and prevents it from working. Try pulling the Codes in the DIC and reset any Door or Seat Codes.
