Yup. Had a couple go bad on me too. I sent one to them to be replaced under warranty and they turned around and sent it back tagged "tested OK". Put the stock coils back on and been fine ever since. This was NOT a case of a bad connector or intermittent open circuit in the coil pack wiring. The problem moved each time I changed it to a different cylinder and tested with a Tech 2 to isolate which cylinder was not firing.
No more MSD ANYTHING ever again on my car.

I read all "MSD Coil" threads closely. While all said that they give no gains and are a waste of money, there were numerous threads that complained of problems with bad coils.
There were enough complaints about problems that I abandoned any thoughts I had of switching to them.
