A&A Rocker Rails Install
When installing the rocker rails, I found 3 existing spots on the fiberglass that apparently had come into contact with pavement! Luckily, the fiberglass wasn't cracked...just dented and scratched pretty bad.
I cannot imagine why GM doesn't make Andy's rocker rails (or something comparable) standard equipment.
BTW, the install took me about 1.5 hours. That includes a panic trip to Home Depot where I purchased a 11/64 drill bit. The first bit broke after drilling the 3rd hole. The bit that broke was a very cheap bit that came with my drill, and I had a difficult time getting through the steel. The new bit (cost a whopping $1.80) cut through the steel like butter. Probably could have done the install in less than 1 hour if I had started off with the better drill bit. :yesnod:
Another satisfied customer! Thanks Andy.
