Cylinder head stages
Could someone explain the differences in aftermarket head stages such as stage I, II, III. I thought I heard that bigger valves are used or something like that. Are the stages dependent on the manufacturer or is there an industry standard? Also what would a stage 1.5 head be?

yes stages are depending on the manufacture / seller. Not uniform at all
look more at the flow numbers, from .200 to .500. screw the flow numbers at .600, they dont mean too much anyway
