Default Drippy Windows

I have a 98 coupe with the acrylic top. I was driving in the rain today and on the passenger side weatherstripping I was getting alot of water building up and dripping in. Is there anything I can do to stop it. The weatherstripping appears to be in good condition, and the drivers side only had an occasional small drip.

Maybe you should indicate wher the drip is!

It's coming from around the weatherstripping at the top of the window, and the roof panel

Front or back, or both, or maybe in the middle of the removable roof pannel? If it's front or back, where pannel wetherstrip meets the strip on the "A" pillar, or "B" pillar, you can remove a few inches of the strip at the front or back, streach it out a little, reinstall while holding in the streached state. That will help close the crack between the sections of the weatherstrip. If the top of the window needs tipping in, there is an adjustment for that, do a search, there is already a good write-up on that.

Also, sometimes that problem is caused by a door out of adjustment, maybe worn hinges. I'm taking for granted you've looked good at the weatherstrip, and it's in good shape.

Theres a TOP adjustment procedure in the GM service manual. Use it to correct your issue. The top can be snugged down on the gasket. I belisve thats all you need to do to correct your issue.
