Porting the stock throttle body?
i got an 04 coupe, was wondering if its good to port the stock throttle body
i know it gives you better response but does it give you better hp numbers?

I had mine ported along with porting an LS6 intake. The tuner who did the work felt porting the throttle body was good for response but contributed no gain in hp.

You will not see a horsepower increase. But when I had mine ported, I could feel a difference in the throttle response and the pull of the car. It also enhance the performance advantagfe when I installed my Callaway Honker.
