Default 2004 Vette in the water...

I have a 2004 vette and last night the shop it was in got some water in it. When I noticed it the back up lights were on and the trunk was open and the doors were unlocked. The car sits at stock height and it was about 2 inches from the tail pipes. What is low enough that it would cause all of those events? What is it and where is it? Thank you very much and any info would be greatly appreciated.

By the events you describe, I'd be thinking a wet BCM.
