Engine noise
I just bought an 03 Z06 with 5218 miles on it.
This seems to be a new car. Even the back tires have no detectable wear. My question is, it seems to have alot of engine noise compared to my 01 coupe. I dont mean a louder exhaust. I mean like general valvetrain type clatter. Has anyone experienced this ?? Is the ls6 engine just plain noiser than the standard engine ? On a cold start it is very quiet, there are no codes and it seems to run perfectly in every respect, except once it warms up, its noisy. Any thoughts ??
