The two best people to get this info from would be POWERSHIFTER, who runs an almost stock Z06 to under 12s and C5-PIG who's had a 430rwhp car pull a 1.59 60'.
See if you can entice them into giving up some of their Driving Secrets.
I kept telling c5 pig to run his car with a full tank of gas and this is what helped him alot also. He always ran it with 1/4 tank and from my experience 1/4 tank means fuel starvation under acceleration and more wheel spin. Keep the tank full and let the car enjoy the weight transfer :)
On street tires you want to take off between 1300-2400 rpms. Some times taking off at 1300 will cause a slight bog but will result in a better take off. Also slight wheelspin or enought to eek the tires a bit result in a nice launch on street tires.
On drag radials the key is to heat them up using a line lock then staging and dumping the clutch at 2500-3500 RPM.
Thats right chris :) and the other thousand passes with my other cars :)
Please take your viper out so I can smoke you with my grand national:)
:jester
And apparently you didnt take my advice because your still running 12.1's @119 with the same package mark has    your tuner knows his stuff :)
