My front signals wouldn't work, the rears work fine. I decided to change the bulbs, right side was burned out, so I replaced it and now it works fine. Left side bulb was fine, but the socket the bulb goes into looked blacked/burned out, there was a little black mark on the bulb, but the bulb was working.
My question is the socket the problem even the light bulb works, and the filaments are good? I ordered the C5 flasher fix relay from corvette enhancements, but should I replace the socket for the bulb or try something else like the hazard switch or multi switch?

I say none of the above. Use a DMM and schematics to isloate the problem instead of just changing parts. If the turn signal bulb receptacle looks burned or bad...then replace it.
That problem comes often from the housings having holes burned in the top of them from the heat of the bulb itself over time. Then water gets in the housing and shorts the bulb in the socket or just shatters the bulb when cold water falls on the hot bulb.
The fix is to change the socket to get a good connection to the new bulb. (Can buy a new socket from NAPA.) Then also pull the signal housing and fix the hole in the top of it so it doesn't keep happening. I have heard people using JB Weld to fill the hole.
The housing didn't have a hole I could see, and there was no water in my garage when I changed the bulb. I wish there was because that would be a simple fix. Going to have to check wires and such now. Thanks
