Bud,,,,there no way to remove the inner fender well short of destroying it. Its actually glued to the frame. There is however a removeable section at the rear of the wheel wells that is held in with screws. There are some on the pannel and under the car. It can be removed without removing the tire but it aint fun. Without the tire being removed, your not going to get good access inside there.

I AM talking about the small panel piece held in by screws.
So even if you turn the front wheels all the way to the right it's still a pain? I need to drive the car down for someone to inspect, and was hoping I could remove that access panel behind the wheel in the parking lot without removing the front passenger wheel.
If you had a 90 deg torx bit screwdriver or just a torx bit insert, it will work. Use an adjustable wrench on the torx bit.
I'm sure I can get the fasteners out ... but the question is, once the fasteners are out can that inner panel be removed with the clearance I'd have to work with while the front wheel is still on?
