With your present mods the stock meter is not a restriction. Save your time and money on this one, at least for now. If you add more CFM capacity later, go ahead.
If you do decide to do this mod find the right shop that will recalibrate first in speed density and then remap the maf tables to properly match.

I replaced mine with a 90MM. I am using a ProCharger, and a 90MM TB as well with a FAST 92 intake. It runs great! I did have to have the computer tuned to work with my MAF.
