Will 85mm maf help?
i'm wondering if i will gain anything with the later model 85mm maf with the following mods:
-k&n air bridge and cone filter
-B&B shorty headers
-Z06 ti exhaust w/ muffler bypass
-tune (after new maf install)

You'll need to retune it again because your MAF tables will be slightly differant between the two sizes.
will you notice much of a performance differance? no.
If your MAF stops working properly, for $40. id replace it with a 85mm if I had access to a tuning system.
I changed my last month, and with 450RWHP, I noticed the car ran better in a parking lot, but not much differance at WOT.

With your present mods the stock meter is not a restriction. Save your time and money on this one, at least for now. If you add more CFM capacity later, go ahead.
If you do decide to do this mod find the right shop that will recalibrate first in speed density and then remap the maf tables to properly match.

I replaced mine with a 90MM. I am using a ProCharger, and a 90MM TB as well with a FAST 92 intake. It runs great! I did have to have the computer tuned to work with my MAF.
