Default Exhaust manifold compatibility

Can someone tell me if exhaust manifolds from an LS7 will work with an LS1? I'm not worried about the head pipe end, just the motor side both the bolt pattern and port compatibility. Thanks.

Should be fine; same pattern. LS7 is a d shape, but larger than LS1 ports.
Take an LS1 gasket and set it on LS7 manifold to check it.

What are you putting them in? I just modified a set. We cut flange off outlet and formed an oval cone that goes to 3" round. Can make about 3-1/2" long if you need them.

I'm doing an LS1 swap in a c3 and looking for the most high performance manifolds I can get as I've built the motor a little and think it will benefit. I would be interested in the head pipe adapter you're describing. I'd like to get the manifols in before buying to assure these will work, and may be a couple more months till I'm at that point since I'm enjoying the warm weather crusing too much to start the swap now.
