Won't raise up...
New REAR leaf spring, bolts cranked all the way up, about 3" of threads showing, fenders STILL sit 1 finger between top of tire & fender.
Bad shocks?
What is going on?

Make sure your leaf spring isn't cracked. Several people have had that happen
