They're pretty small so you can cut your own out of a standard sbc exhaust gasket. A hole punch works much better that a drill or even a brass hose barb. Trying to drill or enlarge a hole out of gasket material tends to make a mess.

you can use a wood chisel as well and make them like the factory with a kind of triangular bolt hole, at least to get you buy until you can get them from the dealer if you insist on the real ones.
They are cheap, but will take a week or two to get since they dont stock them.
